This is a National Title company servicing residential properties. Our accounts will be large National lenders such as Countrywide/Full Spectrum, Wells Fargo, World/Wachovia that I have established relationships with over the last 20 years. I have individually handled all aspects of a title company for employers and feel that with the capital to obtain the right servicing system, integrated website and office space for any local clients to come to I will be extremely successful. In Florida alone with the average loan size of $100K the title fee's would be approx $1100 between title and closing. With just 10 loans closed a month this would generate $10,000 +/-; however the clients I would be handling will be able to order in excess of 100 deals monthly in all states- not just Florida.
