Description:
We need financing for my brother for an owner occupied property, single family residence. This home is in Erie, Pennsylvania, it is a family home we are trying to purchase in probate. The property is under market value. The loan is approx. 75% loan to value. The credit is poor, but could be an FHA 1st time home buyer.
