Capitalizing on an old idea that needs a good burst of renewal; and provides a crisp new product that will sweep the nation, starting with one booming town that has plenty of money and mouths to feed. Rochester is a small city, with big bucks; and has many many mouths to feed, that have the money needed to spend on something new and tasty. The restaurant will provide one item only, to start with; much as many delivery style restaurants provide; and flourish providing. The new dish is Beef Stroganoff. Not the hum-drum Americanized version, of a worn out Hot Dish: But rather, the old style, melt in your mouth, exciting original type dish that really has it's own unique flavor. Inexpensive to make, and can feed many many people, with very little. Delivery only, no seating needed, and plenty to go around those hospitals and clinics, and hotels and motels. Inexpensive, and easy to order: Just say how many mouths to feed, and they'll all be satisfied, easily, and quickly!!! Not bad for a depressed time of rising prices and gas needs!
