I will form a group of qualified senior citizens to staff a security force for the protection of seniors in senior housing complexs'. We will be paid by the complexes on yearly contracts, with monthly payments. It will be a cost plus basis to defray expenses and add capitol; however, the lowest possible charges will be charged for (2) reasons. (1.) The complexes will not subscribe if the expenses cannot be offset by tenants, and (2.) The complexes are too guarded with their funds.
We must convince them that we are there for the protection of their senior tenants,And their occupancy rate would increase when potential tenants discover they are properly protected.
