In 2003, Oil States Trading, LLC started the Petroleum Growth Fund. We parchase non-operated working interest in income producing oil and gas leases throughtout the US. We currently own interests in 200 leases in 7 states. Our returns have been above 24% annually since inception. The Fund is a growth and cashflow instrument and is non track to do 30% returns in 2008.
PGF is authorized to grow to US$25 Million and we need to fill this Fund out as soon as possible. Opportunities abound in our marketplace. We have missed $18,000,000 in excellent acquisitions since Jan 1 2008 due to lack of capital.
