Description: Your group is on a short list of possible investors for a new technology that will revolutionize the world of power generation. This new technology will reduce the cost of producing electricity by as much as 30 to 50%. This new technology is definitely a game changer and it has been tested and verified by UL and an independent laboratory. There is absolutely no question that this technology works. I will be traveling to the Middle East to meet with several investors and governments with which I will be making arrangements considered to be somewhat of a trade. My idea is to agree to reduce their cost of producing electricity by 30 to 50% for a certain negotiated fee. In addition to that, I will negotiate a finance plan whereby they will guarantee to provide our company with any capital needed to build our power projects worldwide at an agreed upon interest rate and terms. This group has already invested billions of dollars in this area and they are ready to invest more with the right technology. We will also agree to manufacture our proprietary equipment in their municipality in order to provide jobs locally. Once these agreements are in place, we will be prepared to move forward to building our power plants worldwide once we have negotiated power purchase agreements in place. We already have a verbal agreement with the country of St Kitts and Nevis for about 20 MW. My Brazilian partner has many projects available in Brazil. Additionally, most of the island nations and Australia are keen to take on all of the renewable energy projects that they can get. Make no mistake that this technology is going to change everything worldwide in the power generation industry, simply because both the manufacturer and the producer of the power are connected. My company, Alset Power, will be the power generation company and GEG is the company that produces the technology. Alset will own 30% of GEG and GEG will own 10% of Alset. If you are interested, your company would need to provide between $100 to $150,000. in an initial investment which would be repaid from the monies generated from our first project. If you decided to move forward you would own half of the company. It is estimated that the first 20 MW project can be built and up and producing within 6 months from the time that it is funded. Each project can be paid off from the revenues generated within 12 to 18 months. The normal power purchase agreement lasts from 25 to 30 years. The first 20 MW project will generate $25,000,000. per year in gross revenue. I think that we have a no-brainer here. This company can be larger than Siemens or GE based upon the fact that there is no competition for what this does.
