SeaLand sizes these systems to the liter size of the diesel engine, utilizing scalability of the system to meet the needs of various engine sizes. Their business model shows net margins in excess of 50% and while their customers see financial savings with reduced emissions and up to fuel economy. The customer ROI supports a return of purchase investment of less than 3 years. SeaLands systems price points start at $1,200 USD. Value Proposition: Emission Control technology for Diesel Engines Emission Test Results, On Tuesday, January 26th, 2010, California Environmental Solutions LLC, 4708 Driftwood Way, Oceanside, CA 92057; provided NOx testing at Hawthorne Machinery on a 7.2 liter Caterpillar installed on a dynamometer to control rpm and torque settings. CES reported: The results showed a clear reduction in NOx by the use of Hydrogen induced through the air inlet. The raw data strips are in SeaLand Environmentals possession and reflect the reduction in NOx. The use of SeaLand Environmentals technology appears to be very promising for the reduction of NOx produced by diesel engines. Britt Beal, President CES. Hydrogen Assist reduced exhaust emissions across, CO, NO, NO2, NOx, CO2, EFF at every setting across all levels of hydrogen infusion. With the greatest percentage reduction in NOx occurring at 2400rpm, 1013 Torque setting with NOx going from 1,084 to 297ppm, or a -72.60% reduction. We consistently achieved ranges of -35% to -60% at 1 and 2 liters of HHO per minute infusion. Value Proposition: Increase Fuel Economy SeaLand completed a 21,361 mile over the road, long haul diesel truck study. The vehicle had over 440,000 miles on the engine and traveled fully loaded, coast to coast in the USA. Analysis was performed on the fuel savings with the use of the SeaLand's AFS-T for this study; 8.41% fuel savings was achieved. Analysis shows a 3 year Net Savings of $17,188* with a payback time of less than 1 year based on a fuel price of $3.50 per gallon, annual miles of 158,400, 14 liter diesel engine. Funding Objectives: We seek capital funding to further commercialize this Diesel Engine Emission Reduction technology and fuel economy technology across the global markets of USA, Asia, Europe and Africa. We have established preliminary sales representative relationships in the markets of USA, Canada, EU, North Africa, Latin and South America, Asia and Australia; and now need funding to bring this product to these markets.
