Within Godai Holdings are a number of small companies focusing on different indusrties, from Real Estate Investments to Personal Finance. The company is in a position to take advantage of an internet market innefficieny while barriers to entry are still low. Our goal is to build out a small division to capatilize on this innefficiency and cash out with our investors before the next cyclical technology market begins. The largest obstacle will be funding the project as it will require a minimum of $7 million and a target of $20 million in startup capital. I expect a minimum return of 3-5x investment and prefer to raise debt over equity, although we will consider an equity kicker for the right investor.
