I have found a market in the oil industry to build housing for the workers in the field. This housing is expensive to purchase or rent in todays standards, but what I am proposing does not decrease the profit of these mini houses, but under cuts my closest competitor. One of the keys to my mini houses is we build on site. If you choose to own them and rent them out, when the oil drilling is over these mini houses can be rented out for recreation and that will only increase the profits on these units. Or they can be sold and moved to a new location. The list of options with these is endless. We need capital right away in order to get the ball rolling before we miss this opportunity. We are looking to build a model unit for it to be shown for sale in the up coming area of Cody Wyoming. Take a look at the housing situation in the Moran ND area and you will see what happens when things are not well planned. We would be getting in on the ground floor, and the market could very well be ours, but we need to obtain these orders quickly. So time is of great importance.
