Description:
My partner and I are looking to get into Real Estate Investing. We have been locating properties here on Cape Cod, Mass. and have found many that are well worth the price and, as rentals, can fully support repayment of loans and all taxes, etc. We are looking mainly at multi-family units for year-round rentals. We have investigated seasonal rentals also, but they are much harder to come by, right now, with the right criteria (i.e. price vs. rental rates) to be worth while.
