I have been investing in Real Estate for 12 years. I have done fixer-uppers, sold houses using lease purchase agreements and Owner financing wrap-around mortgages and have bought tri-plexes and houses to hold. With the current housing market situation there is an abundance of Short Sale opportunities and REOs on the market.
