I am president of Swan Lake Land Company, LLC and we develop residential and comnmercial real estate. I currently have a 13 lot upper end eco friendly residential subdivision on a natural environment lake I am looking to fund. Secondly I have an opportunity to acquire first phase up to 1200 acres along convergant transportatrion corridors. This includes a 200 acre city center location that is expected to provide in excess of 100 million dollars in net value in three years once we get approval from the city.
