Britnett are one of the UK's largest (in client numbers) providers of websites with CMS in the UK specialising in the SME market. Managing over 2000 client accounts.
The management team are looking at purchasing a majority share portion of the LTD company and intend to aggressively expand the client base with our young team. Some funding is in-place (£250k) - we may require additional funding from an interested investor in exchange for shares. The shares at this point are only available to the management and are available to buy till November 2008. The management team intend to go ahead with the purchase but would like to speak with any investors who have an interest in making this company a truly nation and de facto website provider to the SME UK market.
