Description: (URL removed) is an online “Daily Deal” marketing product for local & national skilled traders and businesses. Recognizing the recent growth in online discount websites, also known as “Daily Deal” sites, such as Groupon, living social and KGBdeals, (URL removed) was developed to provide a more specialised offering targeting an area not yet exploited by the existing players in any great detail. In fact not only is this an area that the “Daily Deal” sites fail to exploit, but we are yet to find any coupon or voucher driven website focused on offering professional trader services at a discounted rate, making the case for SkillsDeals even more compelling. (URL removed) targets local skilled trades and businesses that provide a skilled service to the consumer. These can include anything from a Plumber to a Mobile Hairdresser, a Gardener to a Car Valet company. The common theme is the recognised skill they offer, the vetting that takes place and the discount they are prepared to offer through the (URL removed) website. The company’s unique content will showcase the full range of skilled services to be found locally and in some cases nationally. In addition all services offered through the (URL removed) website will be vetted and checked for their trading history, thus providing the consumer a measure of added protection and comfort. The website is primarily aimed at the UK marketplace but has applications to a wider audience and therefore it is our plan to expand the Skillsdeals brand to the US and beyond as soon as financial and operational restrictions allow. (URL removed) has created an Internet based brand that will be recognized as a leader in the promotion and marketing of local trades and businesses at discounted prices. The Company revenues will be generated from five specific sources: (1) Ecommerce commission fees paid by traders when running an offer with us (2) Charges for “advanced” value added directory services. (3) Additional sales of products relating to the “offer of the day” (4) Integrated content and banner advertising on the web site (5) End of stock product lines for sale to the Trade In addition we plan a range of additional income generating services and products to be rolled out in phase two of our development.
