Start-up company seeks investors to purchase, renovate and operate a 60-room beachfront hotel with an 80-seat restaurant in a small typical Mexican beach town. Hotel is about 35 years old, structurally sound with over 100 running meters of beachfront, but needs renovation and redecorating as well as increased marketing to foreign tourists, especially from the USA and Canada.
Developer/management team has experience in the Mexican hotel industry and other past business ventures in Mexico and understands the language, culture, customs and laws.
We have assembled an experienced team of Mexican professionals in law, architecture, real property valuation, real estate and accounting to assist us. We seek "angel investment" of about $50000, preferably a person with experience in the hotel
