Description: realtycloud is developing an Interactive Media Platform providing networking and interactive services for real estate property transactions. The company's core is a Live Internet TV Channel focused in the real estate vertical. To validate the business model, and in particular, the need for the integrated set of services… we developed a Mobile application for the introduction of these services This FIRST of its kind mobile application will offer the consumer the ability to: 1. Import MLS & Property Data Directly into the Online Purchase & Sales Agreement 2. Electronically Sign all Contracts & Addendums 3. Send the Earnest Money to an Online Escrow Account via Remote Deposit Check Capture 4. Fully Perform a Binding Purchase & Sales Agreement Between Buyers and Sellers 5. Select an Organization that realtycloud will Donate 20% of the Transactional Profit This Mobile application is the first component of the entire realtycloud platform to be implemented. It has been selected because of the current lack of applications that are available in this space, and to provide validation of our business model… but most importantly, to start to generate REVENUE. The second release of the Mobile application will integrate the following functionality: • Online Attorney Review of the Contract • Home Inspection • Background Checks for Lease Agreements • Online Title & Settlement Service Serious investors and partners only.
