Description: To build the greenest 300 unit condoplex in the world Good day, I am searching for investors to finance my project. I will build the ultimate 300 unit condoplex, using latest technologies in conserving an producing energy. In return the purchasers in this complex will have more facilities and services for their investment than anyone ever dreamed up. Why ??? Why not profit of the GREEN TREND or better yet start it ! Having done research on this for 5 years now, I know what people want and need in a condoplex like this and the location for this first project has been studied for a few years. The second location has been chosen and a study is being done for profitability. I have been in service,retail and wholesale sales all my life. I am the master at customer service. You cannot sell what you do not have or cannot show: So, I will have the exterior of the building terminated to really start the sales and finish the first 2 floors before letting people move in. OK the money, 125 million required. I do not have any of that !! I guess the 25% rules applies Here is my scenario: 2 loans Base loan 25 million @15% balance 100 million @8% all this on a 2 year period. Managed by a reputable firm (KPMG)I do not want direct access to any of the funds. I am working at this for personal accomplishment and reputation. ( naturally I will profit from this also but a small profit (3m) because it is the first project of several. Without funds there is no project ! So no contact has been made with architects or designers yet, but I am ready to negotiate with all the parties needed to realise this project. I have done my homework.
