After ten years with GM as a trainer I started the custom shop. You can look it up on Facebook (URL removed) My clients have included Bret Michaels, Micky Roarke, Bob Segar and interned with George Barris for a while on west coast. My problem is I worked out of a small shop on my private property. Recently been hit with several obstacles. Including my shop getting totally destroyed by fire. I have just over fifty grand in equity in this place but because of the hardships and falling behind in payments I have been unable to obtain a conventional loan. I only need twenty five grand to rebuild and catch bills up. Once going again and show my bank I am back on track, they will then open a line of credit that I can pull and pay back loan at a considerable interest rate as to assure you make a nice return. I was thinking 25% on a $25,000 dollar loan. And possible percentage of net income for a period of time afterwards.
