we are aiming to take over an existing bar and lease
the business is turnkey and an execllent opportuity to get in to a bar in down town austin in an excellent location at a price well below the normal start up costs
the business is furnished with sound systems and pos and all inventory the owner spent 300k on the build out and it is an upscale investment at a low price the existing liquor licence is available to use untill our own comes through 3-4 months this ia a golden opportuity and the only thing we lack is the intital start up capital of 250 k which would see the bar through the purchase and for aproximatley 8 months, we anticpiate the the bar being fully profitable before this but are allowing for a slow start rather than setting sights too high and failing
