I have traveled the North East and mid West states and have seen that there is a start of popularity of food service restaurants that primarily sell hot dogs and hot dog related foods. I have seen that these sites are continuously busy with customers. The 2 that are most popular but not the only ones that are out there but the 2 most growing companies that I have seen and investigated as of (URL removed)se companies are Petrrilo's in the Chicago area and Pals Hot Dogs in the South West Virginia and Tn. area. They both seem to be building new sites and growing quickly. This is why I believe that this is a great opportunity to get into the business and start a new type of food service in an area that needs to have more restaurants and is starving for new types of business in the area.
