We manufacture and distribute over 75 interior and exterior car care products. Sales are both domestic and international. Company profitable ~ in reality and on Tax Returns ~ but books in process of being corrected. This limits appetite of coventional AR ~ Inventory financing for growth. And we refuse to pay outrageous 'factoring' fees and costs. A capital injection would be a win~win result.
