World Class Management Team: Mats Johnson is joining the Company as CEO. He was the General Manager of Centrebet Pty Ltd. in Australia, responsible for over $400 million in sales and over $30 million in EBIT. Most recently as COO/CMO he headed up Expekt's online sports betting, poker and casino operations which Mangas recently acquired for over $150 million. He was also the CEO of Playsafe, where he acquired 7 online gaming operations. The Company was founded by Paul Behrman (a former partner of two private equity firms and a graduate of the Stanford Business School) and Christophe Prevost (a world class computer programmer).
