Enertek Solutions is a research and development company co-owned by two principals. To date, $3m US has been used to move past 'proof-of-concept' in green high-end Battery technology APS ( Auxiliary Power Systems ) in Heavy Duty TRansportation, Rail, RV and Marine industry. The company has zero debt to service and a substantial amount of Global IP. Presently in late-stage negotiations with several OEM's and major clients for the Infini-Gen ( an all-electric APS ) using Li-ion Batteries ( the first to do so ) in HD Transportation with a sophisticated BMS while maintaining sufficient Thermal Mgmt in the process.
We're looking for < $1m to complete the process of getting licenses with major companies. Per copy fee with annual minimums, partial or majority stake available to right partner.
