We are primarily an investment company, looking to invest in land and property at home and internationally.
The property may or may not be 'off plan' and will mainly be aimed at the holiday markets arond the globe. trying to avoid the 'well known' destinations, not to say we never would(they do offer great investment potential.)
The land will be both brown and green belt land, primarily in the UK to take advantage of the impending price boom.
To fund these investments we will be buying one or two existing restaurants or bars, both will need minimal refurbishments, have been trading for several years with steady business and year on year growth.
These will also give the company an option of creating brands within the marketplace.
