This is a restaurant that I am an employee in and the owner has decided to get out of it and sell it she's asking $300,000 for this restaurant.
Here it is spring again and this restaurant where I'm cook supervisor. Thus past weekend I cooked over 900 burgers on Saturday and over 300 on Sunday. That was a daily cash intake for both days over 12000. Just for burgers not counting other food prepared n sold not counting milkshakes at 5. Each.
I do not know what the profit-and-loss statements are I am just inquiring on possibly seeing about a loan to purchase this restaurant.
In the past three months I would say her profit-and-loss is been pretty sad because she does. No advertising she does no specials or promotions to promote the restaurant and move forward.
I've been in the restaurant food service business for over 30 years and this would be an opportunity for me to purchase this restaurant and bring it up to par where it should be.
My credits not the greatest it's actually very poor due to a recent divorce a year ago but I'm working on it. if I was to benefit on getting a loan to purchase this restaurant and the building I would be in this restaurant 24/7 and be promoting it and offering the daily and weekly specials that it should be offering to acquire the business that this restaurant should have.
