(URL removed) is a not for profit organization that started in the summer of 2005. We deliver fleece tied blankets to children in hospitals that are fighting life-threatening illnesses. We (our family) started this because our five-year-old son has been battling leukemia for two years. Children at the hospital were asking where he received his Spiderman blanket. My sister and I decided at that time to see how we could help. By word of mouth we have been able to deliver over 150 blankets with another 75 being delivered on Feb. 20th 2006. Senior citizens, individuals, youth groups and community groups have made this possible. We have received a request to participate in the 25th anniversary Peds in the Weeds picnic sponsored by Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge Il. We are also donating
