Through the site owners will be matched up with experienced, pre-approved subcontractors (Trade Professionals). Without ever making a single phone call. In a matter of minutes the owner will:
-List their project for trade professionals to review.
-Set “one” date and time for all interested trade professionals to meet at the project site to review the project and ask questions.
-Set a date and time for all bids to be due back to the owner.
The trade professionals will submit bids on our “standard bid form” to insure that all bids are easy to read, review and compare by the owner. Since all contractors met at the same time and discussed the project with the owner, bids should be “like” bids (bidding on the same scope of work) and allow for an “apples to apples” comparison. Trade Professionals will also be able to attach their standard legal forms, company information, testimonials, pictures or any information they feel important.
(URL removed) also offers a service to assist the “Do-It-Yourselfer” that wants to do the project themselves but doesn’t really know how or could just use a little help. For a fee, we will meet with the owner to discuss the project, review their materials list, go over the tools that will be needed, inform them on any tricks of the trade that may make the project easier and go over the proper steps from start to completion.

(URL removed) will manage any or all parts of the project from; selecting contractors, reviewing bid proposals, managing the work, scheduling the project, to completion and punchlist.
