Description: Major League Soccer Magazine is the official magazine of the MLS and the leading soccer publication in America. Founded in 2007 by Terence Moutter, the media concern is well respected for both its editorial content and artistic design. The maturing publication, with nine issues in archive and more advertising than any other soccer magazine, is now poised for its digital debut. The company is seeking financial support to aid the magazine’s digital launch and also to leverage its supporting infrastructure to create new on and off brand media properties. These include, but are not limited to, women’s soccer magazine, cable television show and a private label editorial services company. On-brand properties operate under license terms in place defining the relationship between the existing publication and the league. Off-brand properties will share infrastructure created to support the license but not be beholden to its tenets. All properties will share soccer as their central focus. These properties packaged together will garner more advertising revenues than sold separately.
