Description:
I am currently seeking an investor to help reopen a Wedding Reception business that I was General Manager of from 11-2002 until 1-2004. The original owner of this business had become ill, and was unable to keep it open. The physical building (not owned)is still available for lease, all the equipment, including a 500k state of the art fully functional kitchen, is still in place, and will be included in the lease agreement. The lease will be around 12k per month plus utilities. I am seeking an investor to help with a few build out situations (restroom additions, wall refinishing, payroll, sales and marketing). I still have all the professional contacts in this area, I know how to run the business and I am a Chef, therefore I have all the knowledge I need to restart this business, I just need the funding for utility security deposits, payroll, and some small buildout. The owner of the building is prepared to help with a few months free rent, to help us get started.
