Hello!
All I have is my idea. My sole purpose now is to share my idea with an Angel Investor to see if it is something that they would believe in. Enough to get me started.
My idea, I believe, could revolutionize the education industry. I believe it will do for education industry what the mp3 players have done for the music industry (and than some). Everyone I have told thinks that it is a great idea with huge potential.
I originally thought of my idea back in 1992 and believe that it was probably too advanced for its' time. Now, I can't stop thinking about it and keep thinking of ways to improve it or additional features that will make it a necessity.
I'm not sure how I want to pursue it. Either start up a company to manufacture it or sell the idea for royalties. Although, it would be a dream come true to manufacture it myself (with a team of experts).
I'm not sure of the initial investment needed. $200K would be enough for me and my family to survive for one year and allow me to totally dedicate all my time on my idea. Now, my time is spent trying to run a small business which I wish to sell to work solely on my idea.
A larger investment would be needed in the future to fully develop my idea. I am not sure of the details of the investment. I need guidance. Not sure either of the time of return on the investment. If I get funding to get started, I will surround myself with a team of experts to come up with all the answers.
