Description:
My company generally has stuck to remodels and additions, along with garages and roofing. I have limited myself to 4 employees so far. I have stayed small and steady, but desire to grow and branch out in two directions. One, while realestate prices are down in my area, at present due to the adelphia crunch, new companies are currently moving into this area and housing will not stay low long. I wanted to purchase some of these cheap houses and flip them short term. Another area I would like to market, is second home or vacation homes and market them downstate near Harrisburge since the hunting and fishing and snowmobiling is a big industry in my area. I have 50 acres of land I am currently looking at for possible camps or second homes. Want to enlarge and expand in my work
