The three primary managers of LBC have over thirty-five combined years of business experience and oversees the operations and growth of the company. LBC has developed work within the Real Estate market, particularly in foreclosure related services. Lbc secures and adequately protects vacant, and adbandoned properties throughout default, foreclosure, and conveyance process by offering a multitude of services and abiding by FHA and HUD preservation standards. LBC hires employees to secure, board, winterize, and remove debris from the properties when the bank takes possession and/or it becomes vacant. After, the initial secure team has been through the property, a second crew of employees performs the yard maintaince throughout the process. Our clients provide us with work orders to do repairs, which ensures the house meets the standards set out by the FHA and HUD regulations.
