Fresh will only have the freshest ingredients, music, modern day drinks, and fresh new concepts to keep the customers coming back time and time again. The night and restaurant life here in El Paso has become what I would call a shiny penny. Yes it looks nice but it is still a PENNY. Just making something look nice does not make it work. In order for us to make it we have to both look up to date but have a staff that is hungry to learn new recipes for both food and drink. Not only perfecting main stream recipes but learning new exciting ones that capture the eye and then the taste buds. We are also a firm believer in cross training all employees in every job field in the business. The more an employee knows the better the business will be run and sales will increase and loss will decrease.
