We are a manufacturer of household cleaning products with a patented multipurpose cleaner, a hard surface disinfectant, a liquid laundry detergent, and a formula for a window cleaner, all of which are green products. We have certifications from NSF International & The Green Clean Institute for the cleaner, the We also have a liquid sterilation formula on which we have completed successful bench testing and will proceed with completion of testing for a 510K application to qualify it as a medical device. The potential market for the cleaner, disinfectant, laundry detergent, and window cleaner is a minimum of $50mil annually and the potential market for the liquid sterilant is $30 million annually. We are looking for an investor to provide $100k which will enable us to complete a Direct Public Offering (DPO) which, if successful, will provide us with the necessary funding to launch our products. and begin our medical application process.
