My partners and I have been asked by the city of Clemson, SC to build an Assisted Living facility in this town. This is based on a third party report presented to the city based on immediate needs. My group currently owns 2 assisted living facilities. The principles have excellent net worth and liquidity. We are in need of bridge financing for aprox. 3mm.
