ICM is a multi-State reseller of construction goods and services. We have operated for over 40 years, have a good name in the industry, and have great market penetration. Our business didn't position itself correctly for the "great" recession quick enough and has fallen out of favor with our line of credit lender. Because of the banks status on the governements watch list and the fact that they made many bad equity loans they are trying to forclose on our line of credit. We have been told that the bank with settle for penies on the dollar but are cash straped at the moment. Please Help!
