I currently own 4 rental homes that are financed individually by different mortgage companies. I would like to consolidate these loans into one loan 470k and give interest to the investestor instead of the mortgage companies every month. I currently have plenty of capital to maintain these properties,manage them myself, and would like to continue to keep them in hopes of paying them completly off in support of my own retirement.
