My wife and I lived in New Orleans where we cooked and eat. Now we live in Florida, near Orlando, and there is nothing like out food style out here. A few times we have cooked for firends in Florida and Tennessee and they were in WOW about how good Fried Turkey is. We would like to open a small food place around bring NOLA to Florida.
