We are an experienced blue roof sub-contractor. We desire to raise operating capital to work in LA and TX installing 'Blue Roof' material for FEMA/Army Corps of Engineers. We applied more than 1M square feet of blue roof following Hurricane Katrina in Pascagoula, Ocean Springs, Biloxi and surrounding areas. Our crews ranged from 50-70 men. We are preparing to take approx 25 men to LA for work following Gustav and will increase crews depending on the damage to be sustained in TX following IKE. We will incorporate in that state, fully insured, payroll service used to insure legal compliance, etc.
