It was founded by Evangelist Patricia McClay, who has over 10 yrs of Youth Leadership and over 10 years of Human Resources experience, in April of 2005 in the city of Philadelphia located at 2324 Dickinson Street in the heart of South Philadelphia.
The “ARK” is a transitional living facility for teenage girls ages 13 – 22, who find themselves homeless for whatever reason.
