It is just myself for now, I am currently working with a broker, who is teaching me everything about this business, and I would like to help people, who are about to lose their homes, and help others to get into their own homes, that may have the money, but their credit may be challenged, at this time. If they lease -to-own, then they have a year to get their credit in order, to be able to purchase the home. I am in the process of getting licensed to become a loan officer, and my ultimate goal is to be a real estate investor. Helping others obtain this goal is also in my future.
