Description: I am looking for an equity investor for the restructuring of my business. I have been looking for advertising sponsors. However without the final project it has proved to be difficult. I am looking for $75,000. I am attaching the kit I have sent to various businesses for advertising for you to get background information. The website redesign will have web based personal coaching applications. Occurrence, LLC a for-profit business, will be launching the redesign of our current website into an enhanced interactive paid subscription site. Some of the new features will include individual profiles, forums, search functions, video feeds, features, and an eBook. We are looking for advertising sponsors to help finance the launch of our website and to partner with us in building a stronger community. A unique aspect of our business revision is Occurrence will be making contributions based on a percentage of our revenue provided directly to the community for start-up and small businesses, and educational scholarships. Our new website will be reaching a national audience with a subscriber goal of 1,000,000 users by December 15, 2009, at which time our community contributions will total $5,000,000. We have developed a business model that will attract our subscribers to spend an average of 3 times per week on our website. With our web based coaching application, included in every subscriber’s profile, we will enable each person to manage their goal-setting and growth process directly on our website… encouraging them to return daily! Our website focuses on managing and finding support to create personal and communal change, and how to make those changes and processes happen. Our target audience is women and men between the ages of 18-55 who are interested in reaching their potential and who desire to play an active role in building strong communities and shaping our society, with a fun and exciting twist… Life, Style, and Balance! The equity return is negioable, however I was thinking 5% profit share until 1,000,000 mark- which is a very good return. I have put together a very strong team and very confident we will meet these goals. There is also an alternate site that will be launched as a test, which just off of my marketing expereince will peak a strong male interest, and will generate huge revenues. I was working in person sessions with my cleints, the economy has effected my clientele’s budget and I have been receiving the response that my services are a luxuray item. This website redesign is a response to these objections and to attract more users, at an affordable price, and preformed on the users time in the conforts of their home. In this process this opens up a bigger revenue stream for my business verses in person as well. I have found that I will be filling a hole that has not really been addresses by media, and other internet sites.
