I am a builder of Rental Homes for families in transition. There are 17 on one site. Payment has been faithful for 11 years, however NASB (New Alliance Savings Bank) has twice bought out my Banks, and is now trying to grab my property. 17 Homes a block from the beach - loan value $717K. I do not have BAD credit, just don't buy new cars and only use one credit card.
We make $8,000 a month WITHOUT the income from the Village which is another $4,000 per week, plus the new online Gift shop which is beginning to make $1,000 per week. This is a secure investment and we should be entitled to have a primary residence in one Cottage, and run the rest as a hobby. What is the PROBLEM with NASB??? I provide rentals of luxurious homes to families in transition. I NEED advice.
