Description:
House Of R&D's Activity Center will feel a much needed facility for a growing community filled with children who have no place to be a kid outside of the day to day norm of attending school. Many youth are getting involved in criminal actvities because of the lack of a place and activities for them to become engage in. The House Of R&D's will provide that need for this community.
