Description: As a WISP (Wireless Internet Service Provider) in the un-incorporated town of Anza California GigaNet Wireless has set the goal of providing exceptional internet access and customer service to our clients. We presently have clients which work remotely for the likes of the nations largest back-ground screening companys in addition we have clients which work for AT&T as remote management utilizing VPN connections using the GigaNet Wireless system. Our clients wireless transmission security is paramount! To provide a network featuring strong encryption we opted to utilize Dynamic 504bit WPA2 encryption, to date WPA2 is un-breakable! What does strong security mean? Using strong security means that your clients data can't be decoded even if a hacker were able to capture an individuals wireless data traffic he would be hard-pressed to actually decrypt the captured data. Other wireless systems which utilize WEP encryption leave your Online banking information WIDE OPEN AS CLEAR TEXT! A hacker is able to define where you do your banking, your user name and password just like reading an Email. The town of Anza has one other WISP which provides miserably poor customer service to it's clients. It is my finding that our present competitor's deficient service can work very much so in our favor! We have experienced light new client connection growth over the last 7-8 months which is partly caused by what I identify as "Trying to overcome poisoned waters". My Poisoned Waters theory is quite simple; The people of Anza Valley are afraid that GigaNet Wireless is going to do nothing more than "provide more of the same" grade of service which means that the competitors clients are regularly living with un-reliable connections to the outside world on a constant basis as I have seen first-hand at system conversions. GigaNet Wireless utilizes 5.180Ghz and 922Mhz to deliver bandwidth to it's clients. Using these frequencies allows interference free operation for the wireless infrastructure and client side in opposition to the competitor which operates within the 2.4Ghz frequency range which tends to be overwhelmingly noisy creating a hostile environment. In avoiding the above defined noise GigaNet Wireless is able to provide highly reliable Fixed and Mobile Wireless connections in Line of Site (LoS) up to 11.25 miles and Non Line of Site (NLoS) up to 4 miles from any one of four presntly finctional Access Points. Adequate funding is required to facilitate the construction of a ISM microwave back-haul to Temecula to bring 50MB of bandwidth into the Anza NOC (Network Operations Center). Once this microwave back-haul is completed and the new bandwidth pipeline is live into the NOC located at 51301 Deer Mountain Way Anza, California 92539. Bandwidth re-packaging will be done to satisfy consumers requests for greater amounts of bandwidth. Presently we offer 4 residential packages: 256Kbps $21.99 mo. 512Kbps $31.99 mo. 768Kbsp $41.99 mo. 1MB $51.99 mo. After bandwidth re-packaging is completed we will have 3 residential packages: 256Kbps $21.99 mo. (retained to cater to low income users) 1.5MB $69.99 mo. 3.0MB $99.99 mo. System expansion into Eastern Temcula Wine-Country where a large population of homes are still unserved by DSL in addition to Aguanga, Reed Valley Garner Valley and Pinon would provide a footprint of roughly 300 square miles of coverage into areas where inhabitants are left only with the options of DialUp (slow), Satellite (high latency, high cost). Some people in these areas use the Sprint or Verizon Wireless laptop cards which is unable to deliver a reliable connection. We have converted some of the Verizon Wireless users and their Internet experiencee is greatly improved since moving to the GigaNet Wireless system. Our investment opportunity should be considered for funding because? Investing in wireless communications is wise especially in rural un/under-served areas such as ours. The areas defined are not large enough to net large investment from the largest communications companys which helps to further ensure an acceptable ROI for investors. Tellecommuting or Remote Operations are a widely used option for employment of people in a wide array of professions in our areas. With your investment we could expand the system to serve our local community and the surrounding areas with the calibar of internet access and customer service Giganet Wireless strives to achieve. An investment into GigaNet Wireless would provide the principals and investor(s) the ability deploy a carrier grade wireless network serving the mountain communities in South-Eastern Riverside County which would prove to be an excellent revenue generating source with the option for re-sale in the future.
