I’m looking for individuals with private equity experience to start up a private equity firm. The firm will concentrate on providing capital to privately-owned small and mid-sized, high performance companies in growing market sectors where the opportunity exists for long-term value creation. Our investments range in size from $1mm to $35mm. We invest throughout the capital structure and provide capital for expansion, recapitalizations, dividends and buyouts. Our goal is to back strong management teams and support those teams over time. The Fund’s flexible approach to structuring and its focus on industries under-represented by other sources of private equity capital are expected to contribute to the generation of robust deal flow.
