I have a long history of identifing property which has made profits for others. Now I want to make it for myself. I formed trust placed in it a clear property to use as a spring board to buy other properties. I have been looking at a property in Naples Fl. I want to make an offer and rehab to resale after 1-2 yrs. The realtor put me in touch with a "LAND TRUST LENDER" only to be told today that the bank they use is no longer dealing in trust funding. I am house (3) rich and money poor. I put my husband in a nursing home in Naples Fl and that takes all my money so I need to borrow to purchase and begin the rehab to bring house back property appraiser assessments. The house is for sale at $315000foreclosed price and I want to offer $260,000 and need financing for house and rehab of $40,000. Upstairs is a finished suite which I have a renter ready to movein at around 1500 mth.
My daughter also lives in Naples Fl But, my parents are dead and family and friends are broke. I really cant rely on my credit because I have been working on Masters & Dr degrees this year and debt ratio is sckrewed.
