Description: Mr/ Mrs ……, My name is Pascal Perez , I am forty years old , and would like to introduce to you one of the most innovative and intelligent concept currently on the market. 4DTM is the result of several years of committed work. Our first test-store is located in downtown Montreal, our faithful clientele, coming from the surrounding Uqam University, CHUM hospital and other businesses has allowed us to test and validate; •The choice of a signature design, (4D has been awarded the first price in interior design CRÉATIVITÉ MONTRÉAL 2008) Nominee for the ARCHITECTURE du MOMENT 2009 (see attached magazine) •Our unique approach to food display and range of products offered. • The development of best-selling products (Pizza Wrap, Pasta, Square Pizza ,Soup, as well as our “Grab and Go” range) • An award winning coffee (« Koupe de l’excellence Krups »for best Espresso in Montréal 2007.) Following this first success, we have developed our final concept: 4DTM franchise, a food stand of approximately 450pi2 that can be adapted to any space and location, whether it be a rented shop or a food- court spot. Installation costs for a franchise store have been estimated to range from $145,000 to $195,000 (including equipment and space planning). The concept has been streamlined and optimized so as to insure maximum benefits for the franchisee. Aims : I have developed 4DTM with the ambition to create a successful franchise, offering healthy and ecological “fast-food” at unbeatable prices to an increasingly health conscious clientele. My commitment to perfection, the launching of the project on the market, as well as the many hours spent perfecting and standardizing all aspects of the concept have contributed to diminishing my financial capacities.
