We have a great program and I am looking for more Investors to do short term loans secured by real estate to be paid back in full within 30 days.
This is a program that your investors can keep doing it over and over again and earn double digits returns with no risk.
I have several different deals for acquisitions or refinance on SFR and Commercials Properties.
It will be anything from $ 100 k up to $ 100 m in 1st lien position.
It will mainly be US states but sometimes we do have internationals.
All values will be there in the appraisals or BPO - the LTV will be 1 % up to 80% of apprasial values.
The JV investor 30% - 50% ROI and The short term loan will be paid back in full within 30 days and will pay any pre payment penalty and investor will release the lien on the property.
