Our Skills
Real Estate Development: Start to finish, renovation, construction, gut-out rehabilitation and conversion. We work with talented group of contractors, architects, designers, engineers and construction supervisors fully insured and bonded.
Administrative Services. We offer comprehensive administrative services. We work closely with attorneys, architects, engineers, accountants, contractors and other professionals to make certain each property’s interests are protected. This includes coordinating tax relief appeals, capital improvement projects (and related tax abatements or rent increases), placing the underlying mortgage and placing the insurance coverage.
Marketing and Leasing. We conduct a market study to identify potential tenants. We provide the marketing strategies and produce all necessary materials to solicit potential tenants and/or their representatives.
Capital Improvement Development Supervision. Property managers negotiate all contracts for construction projects. All sites under development are frequently inspected to insure that work progress and quality is according to plans. The cost and quality of all supplies purchased and all repairs performed are closely supervised.
Real Estate Finance & Evaluation: Utilize all municipal, federal, and local property enhancement programs to in conjunction with bank, investment firm, and federal financing programs. Carefully analyze all proposals submitted to us, and evaluate their future potential.
